Regional Account Manager – Vendor Services

Remote (Nationwide)

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level while working in the comfort of your home? Axiom Capital is seeking candidates to join our vendor services team as a regional account manager/account manager. The ideal candidate will have had at least three (3) years previous sales experience in the equipment leasing industry and will be comfortable working individually and within a team. This is a full-time sales position that can be done remotely from anywhere in the United States. Here is a partial list of industries we are hiring for:

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and develop new vendor and lessee relationships
  • Drive volume and further penetrate existing vendor and lessee relationships
  • Assist vendor salespeople with leasing sales training on a regular basis through sales meetings, conference calls, tradeshows and scheduled one-on-one phone calls
  • Develop strong business relationships with both senior management and day-to-day contacts at established and newly developed vendor customers
  • Work with existing vendors to enhance their standing programs
  • Attend various trade shows nationwide as required
  • Ensure that all new programs are properly administered and communicated
  • Collaborate with Axiom Capital’s management and support teams to drive initiatives
  • Submit expense reports on a timely basis

Qualifications

  • Available on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday
  • Background in equipment leasing sales 100% required
  • Experience in banking/finance and consultative sales
  • Transferable book of business from $3,000,000 or greater is a plus
  • Successful candidate can be located in remote locations across the United States
  • Knowledge with CRM software programs, Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to travel (approximately 10%)
  • Monthly and annual growth rate of 20% from existing vendor relationships
  • Volume: Monthly and annual stated volume objectives TBD
